A typical hypnotherapy massage begins with a short conversation between you and me to clarify your individual needs and expectations. You will then be asked to lie down comfortably on a massage table. I will guide you through a series of breathing exercises and gentle suggestions to help you achieve a state of deep relaxation. Once you are relaxed and in a state of ‘trance’, we will begin the massage and I will continue to speak soothing words to deepen your relaxation.


Can I make changes during the massage?

You can interrupt at any time and communicate with me, ask for more or less pressure from my hands, ask for a break or end the session. You can give free rein to your emotions, cry or laugh, whatever feels natural to you. 

You can be a child again or think intensively about your solutions – you can simply enjoy the silence or talk, anything that does you good is allowed and we create the space for you to do this without judgement – just be.

How long does a hypno massage last? 

To allow your body and mind to relax, a hypnomassage lasts 45-60 or 90-120 minutes. It is important not to have a time limit in order to avoid hecticness and stress and to allow the body and mind to completely let go in the moment. 

 

What do I need to bring to a hypno massage? 

Yourself, an open mind, time to do something for yourself (without rushing), comfortable clothing and a bottle of water to stay hydrated on the way home and afterwards. 

 

Remember that immersing yourself in yourself can sometimes evoke small and large emotions. It is strongly recommended that you rest after a session and do not rush into work or important appointments on that day.
